You retain rights to the content you create using UGC Forge. However, we do not guarantee content uniqueness and we are not responsible for copyright or legal issues resulting from generated content.

You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing or using commercially.

If the platform includes paid services, payments are billed in advance and fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

The UGC Forge platform, including its software, design, branding, features, and systems, is owned by UGC Forge and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, resell, or use the platform to build a competing product.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. The platform may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

UGC Forge is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for business losses, lost profits, advertising losses, account bans, content performance issues, or AI-generated errors.

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if you violate these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Kingdom.
