User Data Deletion

If you would like us to delete your account data associated with UGC Forge, you may submit a deletion request by email.

To request deletion, please contact us at ugcforgeapp@gmail.com using the email address associated with your account and include 'Data Deletion Request' in the subject line.

To help us process your request, please include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and any additional details that may help us identify your account.

Upon verification of your request, we will delete or anonymize personal account information and associated platform data where reasonably possible.

This may include account details, uploaded assets, project data, and other information associated with your use of the platform.

We may retain certain information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our policies, protect platform security, or maintain internal administrative records.

We aim to review and process verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
