UGC Forge is operated as a private internal software platform. Public purchases, public subscriptions, and public account sales are not offered through this site unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Where any fee-based arrangement exists through a separate written agreement, refunds, credits, and payment terms will be governed by that agreement.

Administrative or billing errors, including duplicate charges made in error, may be reviewed and corrected where applicable.
